Terms & Conditions - the basics
Deposit and Payment

Upon making an order with Tied Hire, you will receive confirmation that the Goods and Services you have requested are available for the requested quantity and date.
To secure the hire of the Goods and Services with Tied Hire you will need to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit to Tied Hire once you have agreed to the terms and conditions. You have 7 days to pay the deposit to secure the order. If it is not paid within the given timeframe you no longer have secured the order and the Goods and Services can be allocated to someone else.

An invoice will be sent to you for the remainder of your balance due and needs to be paid 14 days before your hire period begins.

Cancellation or amendment of date
​
Monies paid are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or amendment to the date of the hire of the Goods and Services by the client, a new deposit will be required to secure a new hire, unless agreed otherwise with Tied Hire

No assignment of hire agreement
​
The client shall not sublet the Goods to any other person but this shall not prevent employees of the client using the goods in conformity with this agreement.

No warranties by Client
​
The client acknowledges that, save as contained herein, Tied Hire has not made any representations or given any warranties as to: the suitability of the Goods for their intended purpose; the condition and/or quality of the Goods and/or the Services; its expertise in advising the client as to the appropriate Goods or Services to be hired; its expertise in performing the Services.

Ownership of the Goods remains at all times with Tied Hire
​
The client has no right, title or interest in the Goods except insofar as they were hired to the client in terms of this agreement.

Loss or damage to the goods
The client shall pay to Tied Hire the full replacement cost of any goods which are lost, stolen or damaged beyond reasonable repair during the hire period.
If minor damage occurs, the bond will be used to cover the cost of repair, and therefore not refunded to the client.

Quotation
​
Where a quotation is given by Tied Hire for goods and services, the quotation shall be valid for 14 days from the date of issue and the quotation shall be inclusive of goods and services tax unless specifically stated to the contrary, however Tied Hire has the option to withdraw the quote within that 14 day period. Where goods and services are required in addition to the quotation, the customer agrees to pay for the additional cost of such goods and services. A deposit is required on confirmation of the order.

Care and return of the goods
​
The client or his/her authorised agent must be present when Tied Hire team collect the goods. If the client fails to be present he/she shall not be entitled to subsequently dispute the amount of, or condition of, the Goods recorded collected by Tied Hire.

The client promises to read our Inventory Care Guide to prevent damage to our goods and to prolong its wear. Additional fees may be charged if the Inventory Care Guide has been ignored as a result of damages to our goods. All items are to be returned in its original packaging it has been supplied to the client in.

Inventory Care Guide:

VASES
Vases must be returned free of florals / water and in the packaging they have been supplied to you in. Any chips/ cracks or damage to the vases will result in full replacement of the goods.

ACRYLIC PLINTHS
Plinths must be wiped clean and returned in original packaging. Any cracks, major scratches, or chips will warrant a full replacement charge
Disputes
​
No claim relating to goods and services will be considered unless made within seven days of completion of the hire date
BY HIRING WITH Tied Hire Limited, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS DOCUMENT AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING
